Can You Believe That “Queer Eye” Cameo in “Stranger Things” Season 3?
If, like many people, you spent the weekend binge watching Stranger Things Season 3, you were probably too busy focused on the demogorgon drama at the Starcourt Mall to spot a Queer Eye cameo in the town of Hawkins.

According to Digital Spy, in an early scene in episode three, “Suzie, Do You Copy?,” Nancy Wheeler (Natalia Dyer) has taken a coffee girl job at the local Hawkins Post newspaper. When she tries to pitch a story about how the new mall is forcing local businesses to shutter, she is laughed out of the room by the team of all-male writers and editors, including Bruce (Jake Busey), and William Mahnken, who was featured in the second episode of Queer Eye Season 2, “A Decent Proposal.”

You may recall that Mahnken was a grungy Walmart worker who proposed to his girlfriend, Shannan, after being made over by the Fab Five.
He was also the guy who told Tan France that his fashion inspiration was Frasier Crane.
This isn’t Mahnken’s first on-screen role. He also appeared in Logan Lucky and two episodes of The Walking Dead. Additionally, he played an arcade attendant in the Season 2 premiere of Stranger Things. His cameos make sense since he lives in Georgia, where both Stranger Things and The Walking Dead are shot.
Who caught Shannan from @QueerEye looking lovingly at @DavidKHarbour on our date in the second episode of @Stranger_Things?

According to Mahnken’s social media, he also appears in two more scenes throughout the show’s third season, including a carnival scene featuring his daughter.
So how much convincing is it going to take for one of the Fab Five to appear in the next season of Stranger Things? Or at least one of the Jones Bar-B-Q sisters?
I just had to do a double take, a rewind, and a Twitter search to believe the Queer Eye / Stranger Things crossover I just witnessed. William, you legend!
